TERMS & CONDITIONS – RADHE KUNJ INFRATEK PVT. LTD.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

A booking amount (as specified) must be paid to reserve a unit.

Payments must be made as per the installment schedule provided in the Buyer Agreement.

Delay in payments may attract interest charges as per company policy.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act (RERA) guidelines.

Administrative charges may apply for cancellations.

3. Possession & Delay

The company will strive to deliver possession as per the agreed timeline.

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) will not incur penalties.

4. Title & Ownership

The company guarantees clear title of the property.

All necessary approvals (RERA, municipal, etc.) will be obtained before possession.

5. Alterations & Modifications

Structural changes by buyers require prior written consent from the developer.

The company reserves the right to make minor modifications in design/layout for improvements.

6. Maintenance & Charges

Maintenance charges will apply post-possession as per the society/association rules.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [City/State as per project location].

8. General Terms

The company reserves the right to amend terms with prior notice.

All agreements must be in writing to be legally binding.

By booking a property, the buyer agrees to these terms & conditions.
